The Foodeast Haumako tenancies are split across the two main buildings. They have been tailored to serve distinct functions for industry players seeking a collaborative and innovative environment.

Three entrance/exit points off Hanui Road lead into a capacious, secure car park servicing both of the main buildings. The office spaces in Building A range from 48 to 200 sqm, and there are multiple gathering areas offering opportunities to connect with fellow residents. Building B contains four well-appointed industrial bays which have been designed for warehousing and production.

Building B contains four distinct warehouse tenancies of 629m² each which include 29m² of amenities. They each have a canopy of 40m². These warehouses provide an internal stud height of 6m at the knee and 7.5m at the apex.

Each bay is accessed by a pedestrian door at either end and a single automatically opening roller door.

The kitchen is for all residents of Building A. The warehouse spaces each have their own kitchenettes.

Yes, tenants can use the meeting rooms. We have a fully serviced calendar system that makes this easy to organise. Tenants can also book the conference space for a small fee.

Yes, it is. In particular, the kitchen has been adapted for use by all.

Foodeast Haumako is on the corner of Hanui and Elwood Roads, in the Tomoana Food Hub on the outskirts of Hastings. Our address is 4 Hanui Road. The facility is easily accessible for travel to and from Hastings, Napier and Hawke’s Bay Airport.
